XP Date Issues
I am working on an computer running XP Version 5.1 with service pack 3. The
Regional date format is MM/DD/YYYY and when you enter a date into excel (version 2000) the month and day are reversed (i.e. 06/08/2009 is shown as 08/06/2009). When you look at the cell the cell shows the incorrect date. At the top of excel the actual data that is entered is correct. When I change the Regional Date Format to M/D/YYYY everything works correctly. What's going on???? Is there a software fix for this problem? |
