Are you able to TeamViewer into the ChromeBook?

When I first checked, I learned that remote view OUT of a chromebook was
possible, but not remoting IN. Now I'm learning that one can go in.

I haven't had need to help her. I only recently acquired an economical
chromebook during the black Friday month of sales.

This isn't really a Win7 remark, but it relates to the chromebook issues
above. I'm 'dithering' over whether to 'attack' the chromebook's
current functionality to change it to something else.

The Gallium OS for chromebooks now supports my chromebook's Bay Trail
chipset to the extent that one can replace chromebook's with the Gallium
which is a Ubuntu XFCE, but one cannot dual boot that chromebook. So
under that treatment the Chrome OS has been converted to a Ub XFCE.

The reasons I purchased the chromebook were because it was cheap at
$130, because it has a much better 'profile' (size, weight, battery
life, cpu, same ram) as my only other mobile/laptop which is currently a
Vista with hardware of that same vintage. Naturally I could
alternatively dual boot the Vista with a linux, or I could even replace
the Vista with such as (some Win7) for a better windows and dual boot
that with a linux.

I also have the friend above who historically has needed support from
me, who is currently using a chromebook exclusively and it would be an
'help' to me to have a chrome OS available to me for her support. It is
much easier for me to support someone on the phone if I have a similar
system available to me if I'm not remoted in to their system.

The mobility 'differences' issue is actually not very important as I
rarely use a portable computer, so when I do I could use the old
Vista-age hardware just as easily as the newer Chromebook aged hardware
even tho' the old isn't as convenient as the new.
