Default website display errors

I have Windows XP service pack 2. Using any browser (checked both IE7 and
Firefox) I have having website display errors. Graphics and images are not
displaying correctly or at all. Please assist with download to fix.

Can you please describe what "website display errors" entails? How are
graphics not displaying correctly? What do they look like? What kind of
Internet connection do you have? Does this happen on all websites or only a
few? If the latter, please give some urls so we can check them out for you.
And what is the answer to:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
