When you have a screen you want to make an image of, press the Prt Scrn key,
third key from the right end on row one of your keyboard.

Now run any program that will display an image, i.e., Paint and select Edit,
Paste.

Save the file for your proof of uninstall.

All right, I go to the Control Panel, double click on the "Add or Remove
Programs", select the program I want to uninstall, the uninstaller
uninstalls the program and displays that is has been uninstalled, now what
and how do I get the screen view to show the screen shot of it being
uninstalled. How do I get the jpg or bmp graphic of the screen to send with
the doccumment I amd supposed to email to the company?

You stated that on the screen you received a notice the program has been
uninstalled.
With the notice displayed, press the Prnt Scrn key. That operation creates
an image of the screen in the Clipboard.
Now run Paint; now select Edit, Paste.
Now save the Paint file. The image created is the proof of uninstall.
