Installing programs

I have windows XP Professional. My computer has 4 user
accounts on it. When installing new programs such as
Microsoft Money, QuickBooks Pro 2003, etc., do I install
them while logged on as administrator, or while logged on
to the user account that will actually use and run them.
Please e-mail a reply if possible as I'm still learning
how to find things on these message bases.

you can install this programs by an administrator account or by any
user who has administrator rights on the computer.
once the program is installed on the computer any user can use it.
