Default Can't start video / voice communication

almost certainly because your firewall and network
address translations are preventing connectivity.
Check out www.ridgewaysystems.com for a solution that you
can download and try, which does not involve painful
firewall and NAT gymnastics.

Hi,

I am not able to start any video/ voice communication
with my contact. We have got webcam, speakers and mics
installed. We can't even start whiteboard.. The bottom
screen will show "connecting with xxx .. " and then

after
a while, an error message will appear "Problems with the
other end or something like that". I'm able to see my

own
face on the bottom right corner of the video screen, but
my contact can't see anything at all, except a black

box..

What do we need to do in order to be able to start
video/voice comms? Pls help!Thanks a lot!

* We're both using Win XP, messenger 4.7 with anti-virus
disabled.
