can't sing in on MSN messenger or HOtmail from my computer

Hi!
I updated msn messenger service in January 2005. Then
after that I can't sign in to msn messenger or can not log
on Hotmail site.
When i give my Passward to msn messenger sign-in dialog
box it gives me the error...0x81000303.This same account I
can open from any other computer without any problem.
Only my computer is giving me this error.
And when I try to sign in from www.hotmail.com from my
computer then it gives me the error "Page can not be
display"
Pl. help me to solve this problem.
