Default Printer Headers - How Do I Delete?

At some point, I added a printer header that prints out
at the top of the pages - this has nothing to do with the
Word document or Web page that I'm printing. Problem is I
can't remember where in Windows XP Home I added it.

Any help is appreciated on where to add, change, delete a
common printer header.

Thanks!

Nothing whatsoever to do with Windows - this is a function of your printer
driver.
