Default IP Problems, DCOM Problems, system time problems

I started having problems, thought it was that worm
virus, turned system restore off to install the fix.
Didn't have the worm. I think I deleted a program
causing errors. Some of the error messages I found on my
computer say, System Clock no synchronized, Different IP
codes, DCOM didn't register, specified module can't be
found. I made the fatal error I believe on 4/25 but
since I turned off my system restore, I can't go back
that far. Can my system be saved?
