lost installation cd....need to do a fix HELP

Can someone please tell me who to call or who to email to
get another installation CD for windows XP? Trying to fix
an XP computer that got killed by the Sasser worm. Can
make an online connection but no way to get to
Microsoft.com to download the fixes. Seems the Internet
Explorer program disappeared off the computer and need to
reinstall it from CD. No other way to get it. Any
suggestions, ideas, anything? How do I fix it when I
can't get to the website???? Do I have to reinstall XP?
and if so, where can I get a replacement installation CD
since "someone" accidentally misplaced it.....thanks! any

If Windows XP is retail, contact Microsoft:

If Windows XP is OEM, contact the seller, Microsoft may not be able to
help.

The Sasser fixes can be downloaded from another computer and saved to
floppy or burned to CD:

find another computer linked to the internet and go to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.co...en/default.asp
download manualy, then burn in a cd and install on your pc
