Default IPv6 shuts down

I'm having problems with Ipv6 shutting down This is what I have found in Event Viewer

The IPv6 Internet Connection Firewall service terminated with service-specific error 2147952447 (0x8007273F).

The IPv6 Internet Connection Firewall service was unable to find support for IPv6. This may indicate that the IPv6 protocol suite is not installed or it failed to start. The data is the error code.

This seems to have an affect on my net connection if I have both my lan cards pluged in. I'm using the asus a7n8x e deluxe board.
Anyone have any advice on this?? Thanks
