we can not send or save, drag or copy things from our "Documents" to our Zip Dis

Since going to XP we can not send or save, drag or copy
things from our "Documents" to our Zip Disk for saving.
It states it "can not create a file". Any thoughts on why
we can not save or send a simple Word Document to our Zip
for saving?
