Default Problem with ics , please help

First of all here is how my network is set. 2 ethernets cards in my pc,using
1 for the internet and the other for the homenetworking of course.

I've Tested this problem for months to see what is causing it, and i found
out that its gotta be something on my pc that is infected or not installed.

Heres the problem.. When i enable ics it works but only for a couple of
hours, after the couple of hours the internet goes out on the home network
pcs, but you can still use filesharing. anyways when i restart my pc the ics
works again for some reason then goes out again after a couple of hours. I
know if i just restart my whole harddrive it wouldnt have this problem
anymore. i've test ics on using another pc with win xp pro on it, it worked
fine, the internet never goes out unless something is wrong with the internet
it self or modem. So obviously it has to be something on my hardrive or that
isnt on my harddrive that keeps causing the internet to go out on the
homenetwork pc. It worked before on my pc months ago but now now.
It has nothing to do with the network switch or hub whatever you would want
to call it.

Can anyone please give me some helpful help on this please.

When it goes out, what does your route table look like? Is the Internet
still available from the ICS machine, and just not available from machines
behind it?
