Default Missing "Computer Name" tab from ,

I needed to back an XP Pro workstation out of my NT4
domain so I could rename the workstation. Backing out
went well, but when trying to rename the workstation and
rejoin the domain, there is no "Computer Name" tab under
System, Properties. The other 6 tabs are there, just
not "Computer Name". How can I get this machine back
into my domain? Please, and Thank you!
