Default Win Messenger v MSN Messenger

Hello
I have Win Msgr 4.7 and recently downloaded MSN Msgr. My
problems then began when I kept getting a screen prompt
to "redial or reconnect to the internet" every time I
logged onto my Hotmail account - and I have a full time
connection to the internet! The 'redial' issue also
occurred when I was surfing randomly and hitting
the 'back' button. I uninstalled MSN, but the problem
still happens, though not as regularly. Has MSN Msgr
corrupted something on my PC? I never use Outlook Express -
is there any connection here?
Any help will be gratefully received as I am going bald
pulling out my hair!
TIA
Blue

Maybe you can try to sign in the sign out the Window Messenger, and then
right click the Window Messenger and exit.

And then open the MSN Messenger 6.1 (if any), and the sign in.

And lastly when the MSN Messenger sign in and show you have email, then you
just click the shortcut and go into the hotmail account.

Better use Outlook express, because it save quite a lot of problem.
