Default ICS client / local modem compatability

Is is possible to use a local modem on a machine which is an ICS client? I
can't seem to get things configured so that IE will find the local dial-up
connection.

Also, how the heck do you disable ICS on the CLIENT ??

Well, you cannot disable ICS in your client. You have to disable ICS from
your main computer. But you do not need to do so. The computer you have modem
and ICS, go to Internet Options, then go to connections, then click the radio
button "ALWAYS DAIL MY DEFAULT CONNECTION" Then click okay. Then makesure
your other computer is not connected to Internet; which is the main computer
you set up ICS connection but keep the LAN running if you want. Then go to
other computer where you shared your ICS, go to internet options
Connectionsclick the radio button "NEVER DIAL A CONNECTION" Then go to your
ICS client and dial to go to internet via modem. That will work.
