Does anybody have information as to what the subject is, who puts it out and
where I can get more information on it? Thanks.

Who puts it out???

Some nut case, this is a Trojan. Check the following link for information
on how to remove it:
http://www.hftonline.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15830

You might also check the various antivirus websites, www.symantic.com under
Norton Antivirus; they probably have information on it.
