pop up day/date/time display

I just noticed that can only view the top 1/2 of the day/date/time
display that pops up when your mouse hovers over the time in systray.
Is this common?

You download the transoff.reg file to a folder on your hard drive, then right-click
the file and click Merge on the menu that appears. The purpose of using a reg file
is so that you don't have to open the Registry Editor at all.

I want to do is display ALL of my day/date/year pop-up over the clock.

before I applied "the fix"!

It's a bug in the Z Order. Tooltips are always there and are a On Top =
window. A tooltip is shown or hidden. When the taskbar is on top and the =
tooltip is on top sometimes it gets confused. The Show Desktop command =
is a culprit as it mucks about with windows Z-Order if the window can't =
be minimised (compare Winkey + M which minimises only and Winkey + D =

It’s very simple!
Don’t change your system unless you really want to try it.

Do this instead..

Right click on your taskbar
Select Properties
Uncheck the "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" option.
Click Apply

The tooltips will not be stuck behind the taskbar anymore.

It's very simple!
Don't change your system unless you really want to try it.
