Default Dial-Up Modem technology

Does anyone have any information on the quality and reliability of Zoom
Technologies, Inc Dial-Up Internal Modems?

Including any known issues?

Might someone have a web link to locate user reviews of Zoom modems?

Thanks for your consideration and assistance,

My PC sucks and won't work with a Winmodem on IRQ 0 with the clock. Also, there
may be issues with the telephone line and some rapid switching they do there
that drops calls. Firewall? What's that? A Denial of Service Attack if I don't
have one?

Zoom has been it the modem business for a very long time. I had a Zoom
2400 bps external back in the 80s. It always worked fine.
