All my printers are gone and the "add printer" function is not working
("Operation could not be concluded" or so). Any ideas?

I have not seen the error "Operation could not be concluded". However, you
should first see if the Print Spooler service is running.

Open a Command Prompt and type "net start spooler" (without the quotes, hit
Enter). What does it say? Does this resolve the issues, at least
temporarily?
