Default Number of registries?

Hey,

Is there a different registry for every account on an
XP machine?

If an XP machine has two accounts: fred and jim
and the old "stuff" on another computer that is to
be transfered over should go to both accounts,
does one have to log into each account and run
the transer wizard so that both get updated?

thanks,.
charles....
