Poor Print Quality With Epsom

Hi All, If I Print Using Xp Photo Printing Wizard The Quality Is Very Poor, You Aided Me A While Ago With This Problem But Have Since Formatted My Drive And The Solution You Gave Last Time Needs Re Installing, My Printer Is An R2oo.
In An Effort To Kill 2 Birds And All That, My Hard Drive Occasionally Gives Out An Unnerrving Whirring Sound, Is This Normal? It Is Not The Usual Doing A Job Sound
