Default Explorer Error on shutdown.

I keep getting a window when I wish to shut down XP relating to Explorer
needing to shut down then the 'send error report' window, only, Windows
does not actually shut down so I have to click on the [Start] button
again to go through the shutdown preamble properly.

Searches on the Internet does not come up with anything so I'm wondering
what that problem is?

Many thanks,

Richard Brooks.
