Default DCOM config node is empty!

Anyone have any idea what would cause the "DCOM Config" node in
Component
Services to be empty?

This is an WinXP Home machine.

Everything on the machine seems to be behaving, but I need to set
local activation rights for some specific DCOM component that for sure
must be there...

Problem is solved. I used OleView utility and added needed user to
launch permissions.
