Default RAID 0 HDD's shutdown prematurely while hibernating

I've got a problem. First of all, my current setup:

AMD Athlon X2 5600+
2GB Corsair DDR2-800
MSI K9A2 Platinum met SB600 southbridge
2x HD3870 CF
SB X-Fi Elite Pro
2x 500GB Samsung
2x 300GB Samsung en Seagate
700W Seasonic voeding

When I try to hibernate, windows apparently shuts down all HDD's once or
twice, before spinning them up again because it needs them to write the
hibernation file.

This is very annoying and on top of that not very good for those HDD's, so
does anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.
