Default Standby and Hibernate keep waking up without being triggered.

OS XP SP2 Home Ed.

A few days ago I selected in Power Options Never Standby / Hibernate as
I was doing a very long download overnight. Since doing so, when I
reset the Power Management Options to the default settings in the "Home
Office" profile I can put my computer into Standby or Hibernate but
after a few minutes it keeps waking up. I want it to behave as it had
before I turned these setting off and then turned them on again.

Thanks for you input, 2 cents and good advice.
