Default Dhcp warning

The majority of my computers in my network show the following warning,
numerous times. One KB article says to check that your router ports
are on spaning tree portfast. My networking guys ahave assured me our
ports are configured that way. What are some other things to check
for, for this

Default Dhcp warning

What i think is your lines are not very good, & due to this your Computers
are not taking IP as signal gets week during path.
