Do you mean safe mode??? If so you press F8 at boot up. Just keep pressing

Need Safe Search...please
SafeSearch is a feature of the Google search engine, not Windows XP.

Yep, and Yahoo too have a Safe Search feature thanks to Siteadvisor by mcafee!
