Default Help with Help

When I open a file with the .chm extension, the program opens a window
that is nowhere large enougn to actually pick and choose topics and
read about them. I always have to either click the full screen icon in
the title bar or dbl click the title bar or grab the lower right corner
and size the window that way.

Is there any setting or option I can use to have the window open up
maximized, or if I have opened this file before, open it as I last
viewed it (similar to Remember this folders settings)?

Thanks for the assistance.
