Default Runtime Error Messages

Greetings All-

Recently I had to contact my ISP for support with internet connection and
part of thier instruction to resolve issues I was haveing was to reset my IE
6 settings. Now everytime I open certain web pages I am constantly getting
Runtime Error messages asking me to debug, sometimes I can't even get to web
pages because everytime I would answer no to debug the page it would just
pop up the same box weather I answer yes to debug or not.

Among the measures I have taken on my own to resolve this was to attemp a
System Restore however when I do so it tells me that my computer could not
be restored to the specific date I chose to restore it to.

Could anyone help?
