Searching for Files in Windows XP Professional
Whose brilliant idea was it to remove
from the Search (files) option the "date saved" option? Now you can only search for files by when they were modified. Or is there some option buried somewhere that lets you search for newest files? I wanted to search for a bunch of pdf files that I downloaded to my usb drive last week, and I can do that on my old win98 system but not on a library computer with windows xp professional. Rob |

In the "When was it modified?" option click on the "Specifiy dates" and
then look in the "Modified Date" box, you will see options to search by Modified, Created or Accessed dates.
