Just upgraded my computer with Windows 7 64 bit. Now I would like to
do
the same with my wifes.

Pedantic Note: The plural of 'wife' is 'wives'.

I too would like to upgrade my wife (I only have the one). However,
I
anticipate that the upgrade path may be nowhere near as smooth as it
could
be with a PC.

Similarly pendantic: The OP problem forgot the apostrophe to make
possessive the noun, as in "wife's".

Whoosh!

Tom went one way with his jibe. I went the other way.

For you, yep, whoosh. Right over your head.

Except that as your 'jibe' was presumably what the OP had intended to
say,
it could hardly be described as a 'jibe'.

I wasn't using "jibe" in its jocular connotation but instead to be
derisive. Guess I just wasn't sarcastic or lambastic enough. Will do
better next time (to be worse). Okay? Can't hit a homer every time.

Fairy nuff.
