Default pre log on shut down

As I start Windows XP it goes into the log on screen and then it restarts the
computer. Right as it says "Windows is starting up" it shuts down.
It mentions a "bad pool log error" and a "corrupt 0 log"
I have tried:
rebooting from safe mode
last known good config
inserting XP cd and repairing
check disk
fix disk
fix boot
They all give me the same error!
