xp pro x64 service pack 3 i pod touch
I just bought an i pod touch 2nd gen and when i plug it in it think its a
camera then when i go to i tunes it says i need to connect it to a computer with windows vista or 32 bit xp. is it possible for it to work on a windows xp professional x 64 edition. when i called apple they said i need a service pack 3. i have looked for a service pack three but cant find one for my operating system. has anyone had the same problem and do they know how to fix it. -- Alan C

Features may or may not work correctly." Doing further Google searches implies people have gone as far as to 'crack' the supposed "Vista Only" x64 versions to work on Windows XP Professional x64. Essentially - you may be SoL, but a little research might get you what you want - or maybe just luck. I think it comes down to you being able to get it to work - somewhat - but not ever having any hope of it being supported by Apple. thanks for ure advice. the first thing i did myself was update my itunes but
it made no difference. im not one for getting cracked software i just always seem to end up downloading a virus or something but ill c if i know anyone who could look into it.
