How do I reinstall Windows XP Media Center Edition on my computer?
Hey,
So I have a Gateway Computer with Windows XP Media Center Edition as its operating system. I would like to reset/reinstall it to how it was when i first purchased it. I am not that experienced when it comes to things such as installing or reinstalling operating systems...ss there an easy way for me to do this? Thanks! Chris |

If your computer came with Windows XP pre-installed, it also came with either a Windows XP CD or a special partition to be used to restore it. Which it is, and how to use it depends on what make and model computer you have. Please consult your manual, check the manufacturer's web site, or call the manufacturer to find out what procedure to follow. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP - Windows Desktop Experience Please Reply to the Newsgroup |
