Default Disabling Messenger

Hello All
My mum is really concerned at the amount of time that my
sisters spend chatting on messenger and wants to be able
to disable it or stop it from connecting but in a way
without them really knowing about it...is there a way in
which this can be done? Thanks muchly

Default Disabling Messenger

Stop all messenger processes and programs (IS, Outlook, etc).

Rename the 'c:\Program Files\Messenger' folder to 'c:\Program
Files\Messengerold'

This will Disable the program.
