Default DST patch for Windows XP?

Does anyone know where to find this (the 32 bit version)? I looked online,
and can't find it. (I'm thinking it's related to KB2756822 (a MSU file)?

Problem: I got an old Asus Eee PC 1201 (updated to SP3, but that's it),
where the DST adjustment didn't work this week. (Yes, I had it set up to
automatically adjust time for daylight savings time).

Interestingly, after I manually corrected the time, when I had it go online
to check with the time server, it set it back one hour (not forward), so I'm
thinking it's using some older date for any DST adjustments.

At any rate, I figured if I could find the proper DST adjustment install
file, I could try to install it, and it might fix the problem

It should have been one of the load you get with automatic update. My
machines all flipped.

Play with TZEDIT ?

https://web.archive.org/web/20070610.../timezone.html

I had to do that long ago, for Win2K.
