Delay in payment of refund
Our government has gotten a little smarter. :-(
My return was sent about 2 months ago. They know that the longer they have our money, the more interest them make. Return Received Refund Approved Refund Sent Your return has been processed and refund amount approved. Your return has been processed and refund amount approved. Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by March 16, 2016. If your refund is not credited to your account by March 21, 2016, check with your bank to see if it has been received. Please Note: For refund information, please continue to check here, or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day. IRS Privacy Policy
