Default Isp reset

My Netflix acccount stopped playing movies.

After talking with Netflix and rebooting modem and my Blu Ray player, nothing
helped.

They told me to call my ISP provider and ask for an "ISP reset."

I have not been able to get hold of them.

What is an isp reset ?

I tried the below, but no change.

Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

Thanks,
Andy

Do you see any error messages including numbers?

Can you load the Netflix page and click on the animated movie graphics?
If wo what happens after that?

Not sure if these (similar) are of any use

There is no animated movie graphics.

I will try the ideas on your links.

"Using Netflix on your Sony TV or Blu-ray player"

"Using Netflix on your Samsung TV or Blu-ray player"

"Want to contact us?

Those options are on the lower left part
of each web page.

Blu-Ray players are like other multimedia
toys - they're only as good as the last
"App Update" downloaded to the device. With
Netflix squashing VPN/proxy users, there is bound
to be some fallout, somewhere. That's not the
root cause for your issue, as you are living in the
same area as the Netflix you're trying to access.
It could be that a "mistake" in the Blu Ray player
code, prevents normal login. Try to investigate
your brand and model of Blu Ray player, for more details
