Default cannot send/receive files behind router

Hello folks,

I have a weird issue and need some help. I can send files only one way
between two machines behind my router. PC1-PC2 works just fine but PC2-PC1
does not. The latter results in a message in the recipient's Messenger
window suggesting that the sender declined the send. Neither PC have
firewalls installed. Both are using MSN Messenger 5. Any ideas how to
troubleshoot this?

Dave
