How to enable groups.
How do I enable groups for contacts? The Manage groups
option under tools is not enabled (grayed out) and there is no add a group function under "I want to".

How to enable groups.

Firstly, open the main Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Sort Contacts by, and choose Groups.
