How do I enable groups for contacts? The Manage groups
option under tools is not enabled (grayed out) and there
is no add a group function under "I want to".

Greetings Nolen,

Firstly, open the main Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Sort Contacts by, and
choose Groups. After this you should be able to Add Groups (using the Manage groups option),
move contacts into Groups etc.
