Came across this and thought some might be interested.
Not many big surprises. No more help files. They want people
to go online. Presumably so they can track the help requests.
Ending taskbar customization. Most of the rest seems to
be unremarkable.

OneSync service
The OneSync service synchronizes data for the Mail, Calendar, and People
apps. We've added a sync engine to the Outlook app that provides the
same synchronization.

What "Outlook app"? There is the Office subscriptionware or standalone
Outlook /program/ (Win32 app), but both of those are payware. I haven't
found an Outlook /app/ (UWP/WinRT), except for Android (where I use it)
& for iOS. In the past, they made free their OneNote program & app.
Wonder if they'll do the same for the Outlook program by creating an app
version of it or porting their Android version to Win10. Maybe they'll
bring over the Office Mobile productivity suite that died when Microsoft
stopped development on Windows 10 Mobile back in Oct 2017. If they try
bringing Office 365 as a subscription/payware replacement for the Win10
UWP apps of Mail, Calendar, and People, they'll just force their users
to migrate to something else as a UWP e-mail/calendar/contact app that
is free or cheaper, like Bluemail, eM Client, or EssentialPIM.

Software Restriction Policies in Group Policy
Instead of using the Software Restriction Policies through Group Policy,
you can use AppLocker or Windows Defender Application Control to control
which apps users can access and what code can run in the kernel.

SRPs were handy to prevent a program from ever loading. Not just
restricting which user could load a program, but if the program were
ever allowed to load. The description above doesn't mention that method
of using SRPs in the AppLocker or Defender's App Control configs.

My People / People in the Shell
My People is no longer being developed. It may be removed in a future
update.

I'm assuming that is the People icon in the taskbar. One of the first
tweaks I did to Windows 10 to get rid of wasted space in the taskbar.
The "in the shell" is ambiguous, and I'm just guessing it means the
People icon in the taskbar. If they get rid of the entire People app,
they eliminate any contacts app bundled in Windows 10. It was stupid,
in the first place, to create separate apps of Mail, Calendar, and
People. Those should all be in one app.

Print 3D app
Going forward, 3D Builder is the recommended 3D printing app. To 3D
print objects on new Windows devices, customers must first install 3D
Builder from the Store.

Stupid to bundle this in the first place. Just what percentage of their
users have a 3D printer?

Windows Help Viewer (WinHlp32.exe)
All Windows help information is available online. The Windows Help
Viewer is no longer supported in Windows 10

Two points:
(1) What happens when the host is offline? Yeah, no help.
(2) Has anyone found Microsoft's help of any help versus researching the
error or problem online to get help from *others*?

System Image Backup (SIB) Solution
We recommend that users use full-disk backup solutions from other
vendors.

I've never used any backup software from Microsoft, nor their System
Restore. Not reliable for restores, not as robust as 3rd party
solutions (even free ones).

I suspect the "feedback" button at the end of their web page is venting
port, much like a disconnected cross-walk button at an intersection.
We've already seen how ineffective or slow Microsoft is regarding their
Feedback Hub included in Windows 10.
