I have tried rubbing alcohol and vinegar and nothing seems to clean it up. Any words of wisdom. -T Follow up: As recommend by so many, I got me a bottle of "cleaning ammonia" from wally world. I tried a bit on my nasty looking space bar. Oh boy did it look pretty afterwards! Worked like a charm. But, the smell almost made my head spin. I will take the keyboard OUTSIDE, probably over the weekend, and finish off the rest of the keys. Thank you all for the help! -T Another advantage is that ammonia leaves no residue. Get some silicone furniture polish and apply this to a rag and wipe/polish the keys with it. |
