help the computer somehow has changed the screen
resolution currently it's at high resolution and the
font and the icons are very small when i lower the
resolution the icons etc are bigger BUT the screen
doesn't fill the entire computer how do i get bigger
icons etc AND get the display to fill the entire screen?

Use the controls on the monitor to expand the image on screen
