Default XP - How to shut off printing the "cover page" ?

We just added an additional PC on our network. Whenever
it prints to a network printer, a "cover page" prints
first with user name, queue, server name, description,
etc. This is annoying and we want to shut it off. None of
the other PC's do this, whether they are running Windows
98, 98SE or XP.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Gordon Whittaker
