Where is refresh rate?
Hi,
I have been struggling with this problem for over a week already and I'm desperately hoping that someone may know the answer to my problem. I'm running an XP system with SP1 installed. I have a Matrox Parhelia running with 2 CRTs and 1 TV. My problem is that in 1600x1200 on monitor 1 & 2, I cannot force the refresh rate higher than 63 on Monitor #2 through the Matrox PowerDesk app. As expceted, Matrox Tech Support is utterly useless. I've gone looking through the registry trying to find out where I can override this value, but can't seem to be successful. I know the board can handle it, b/c by fluke, I once had it running at 75Hz (my ideal). Unfortunately, for the life of me, can't get that back again. Where can I find the registry settings that specify the monitor refresh rate that appears in Display Settings - Advanced - Monitor - Refresh Rate? That must be stored somewhere.... but where?? Thanks! Eric |

Where is refresh rate?
Am looking for the location in the registry. The drop down in settings -
advanced - adapter only shows 60Hz. I want to force that to a different value, but don't know how. THanks, Eric "Maurice Charland" wrote in message ...
