Old S3 Virge GX2 and XP -Pro?

Can anyone tell me if I can use an old S3 Virge GX2 with XP
-Pro? Most notably, the TV-out feature?

I do not have the card yet. I expect to get a used one
before 1/7/04.

It has the Win98se driver and an old Win-NT driver, but
the card is so old, XP may not support it. Can anyone
confirm otherwise?
