Default PCI Ethernet and PCI Wireless Card Not Cooperating

Background:

Recently acquired a cable modem and cable internet

service.

As a result, also acquired three (3) PCI wireless cards

and one (1) wireless cable-dsl router (All wireless
products are US Robotics.)

Problem Encountered:

When I install the "wireless" PCI card on the host PC,

supporting the ethernet card and the cable modem, my
windows xp 'hangs up' on reboot.

It seems the ethernet and wireless cards need some
additional commands and/or scripts in order to work
together.

I have no clue on what to do next. Any advice would be
appreciated. Thanks!
