Not that I know of. In fact this would be difficult to achieve, as any such
tool could only scan those disk areas accessible as of that time.

IMHO this is a strong argument for using share permissions on a network, in
that such permissions are by their nature accountable and manageable.
Filesystem-permissions are not, and a disk to which filesystem-permissions
have been (randomly) applied may contain all manner of hidden gotchas, some
of which may even cause Administrator-run backups of the data to fail.
