Undeleteable file

Default Undeleteable file

I have these 2 files on my desktop that ive never been able to remove
Ive tried norton and mcafee and they are virus free
when I try and delete them I get the messege
'CANNOT DELETE FILE; CANNOT READ FROM THE SOURCE FILE OR DISC'
The file names are CAANW3HU and CACXEXD6
there both 0 bytes in size and the type extension is just file
ant suggestions
and IM running XP

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode to remove them?
